ZD-W200 Brushless High Pressure Car Wash Machine
           
The ZD-W200 series car wash equipment is fully automatic system. The equipment are gantry type systems, where the vehicle is driven in position and remains stationary and gantry moves over the vehicle and executes all operations. The equipment use latest, proven high pressure technology which has no limitation about the shape of the vehicle.The complete equipment is built as modular structure and transported in partly - assembled form. The steel structure is galvanized and painted, to avoid corrosion in the harsh car wash conditions.

System Features :
The equipment uses high pressure jet wash technology to remove the dirt adhered to the car surface.       
The swivelling nozzles provides an appealing look to the equipment.       
Controlled by PLC provides very reliable and robust control system.       
High efficiency car washing, 100 seconds for each car.       

Optional under chassis wash systems, shampoo system, wax system,blowers and water recycling system.
